I
purchased this unit to help with my chronic lower back problems. I heard about
it from a co-worker, and saw the outstanding reviews online, then I decided to
give it a try although I was still skeptical.
The
package arrived in just a few days. I
got the actual Tens unit, a set of lead wires, 4 transdermal sticky pads and
four AAA Batteries. As a bonus I also received an extra set of 4 transdermal
sticky pads and 4 batteries.
This
unit features two plugs and supports four pads for maximum coverage, and each
of the two plugs is controlled separately.
You can use-2 or 4 of the pads at a time. Using the unit is super easy. The user manual
clearly explained how to use it for those who are unfamiliar with it. The
intensity level can be easily adjusted from a relaxing mode up to an intense
muscle contraction, so you can get exactly what you need. I also like the pre-programmed settings that give variety so you don't get bored with the massage
pattern.
I
started using the Tens unit at least once a day since I received it a few
months ago. For a unit that is about the size of tv remote control, I was
pretty amazed how powerful the output was.
This machine really works for me.
It gives very similar results as the one my Chiropractor uses on me.
Even at the lowest setting I feel relief from my lower back pain. I usually
start with a lower setting, and work my way up to intense, then finish out
somewhere in the middle, ending up feeling very relaxed. The 15 minute default
settings is just fine; the timer shut off after I fell asleep. My aches and
pains got greatly relieved, and the shoulder tension was gone. I sleep better,
and feel like myself again.
Overall, this machine is easy to use, lightweight, and portable. It greatly helps alleviate my pains, and the price is just amazing. I have saved hundreds of dollars by using this product on my back, shoulder and elbow. As a happy customer, I would highly recommend it to anyone that has issues with joints, soreness, and fatigue.
